Our technical insight and business partnership experience allow us to offer both specialist and system-wide technical support, and uniquely to offer what we term �shortfall� support where your existing support provider has a gap in their capability or experience.
Support Packages
Iconic Support packages are designed around your organisation, to meet your SLAs. We will deploy the right blend of on-site and remote technical resource to tackle issues, and proactive monitoring resource to prevent issues in the first-place.
We will evaluate your support requirements, and offer you a comprehensive pre-pay support contract that meets your requirements, and doesn�t tie you to us forever. We believe the way to build a long-term support relationship is to make it easy for clients to choose us, and to leave us.
By default we employ ITIL Service Delivery and Management techniques, however we retain the flexibility to fit-in with your exiting non-ITIL incident and support processes if required.
Ad Hoc Support
If you have an unexpected issue, a complex situation that you are struggling to resolve, or have run out of patience with an existing supplier, we will be pleased to help you out. We can have our technical and business experts with you at very short notice.
